1. General Provisions

1.1 Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing the bovegas platform or creating an account, you agree to comply with all provisions of these terms and conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and bovegas. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform.

1.2 Scope of Application

2. Account Registration

• Each individual may operate only one account.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited.

The name, mobile number and date of birth provided at registration must match your National Identity Card. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being suspended or closed, and any pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled.

2.3 Account Verification

bovegas may request identity documents at any time, particularly before the first withdrawal. Withdrawal processing may be put on hold until verification is complete.

3. Age Verification and Identity

3.1 Minimum Age

Participation on the bovegas platform is strictly limited to persons aged 21 or above. Minors are completely prohibited from taking part in any gaming or betting activity. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Identity Documents

Upon request, the user may be required to submit a clear copy of their National Identity Card or passport, along with relevant documents as proof of current address. Submitted documents will be used solely for identity verification purposes.

4. Account Management

4.1 Password Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone else. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account, including issues arising from unauthorised access by third parties.

4.2 Account Suspension

bovegas reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• If sufficient evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• If information provided is proven to be false.
• At the user's own request.

4.3 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, bovegas may initiate an account review or closure process after giving prior notice.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bovegas currently accepts bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay for deposits and withdrawals. These methods must be linked to a mobile number registered in the user's own name.

5.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. No transactions below this limit will be processed.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this time may be longer in cases requiring verification or under special circumstances. Before processing each withdrawal request, the account balance and wagering requirements are confirmed.

5.4 Own Account Requirement

All deposits and withdrawals must be made through the same payment account registered in your own name. Using a third party's account for transactions is strictly prohibited and such transactions may be cancelled.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New users receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000 and a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.

6.2 General Bonus Rules

The following rules apply to all bonus offers:

• Read the specific terms of the relevant promotion carefully before claiming a bonus.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn without meeting the wagering requirements.
• Claiming the same bonus more than once or across multiple accounts is prohibited.
• If a bonus is claimed with fraudulent intent, the account will be closed.

6.3 Ongoing Promotions

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Placing Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. Before placing a bet, carefully verify the selected team, event, odds and amount. If a bet is placed unintentionally due to a technical error, bovegas must be notified immediately.

7.2 Odds Changes

The odds applicable at the time a bet is confirmed are final. Changes to odds after an event has started or due to broadcast disruptions will not affect bets already placed.

7.3 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a sports event is cancelled or not completed within the scheduled time, the related bet will be voided and the stake returned, unless the rules for that specific sport state otherwise.

7.4 Game Results

Casino and slot games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair and verifiable results. If a technical error occurs in a game result, bovegas reserves the right to void the round and return the stake.

8. Prohibited Activities

8.1 Fraud and Manipulation

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses.
• Using software, bots or automated systems to place bets.
• Exploiting payment method vulnerabilities to carry out unauthorised transactions.
• Opening an account using another person's identity documents.
• Attempting to deliberately cause technical errors on the platform.
• Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account.

8.2 Anti-Money Laundering

bovegas complies with anti-money laundering policies. Suspicious transactions will be investigated as necessary and the relevant account may be suspended.
